How We Can Fight Against Cyber Crime In the United States And All Around The World

Technology can be a truly amazing thing, there is no denying it. From the phone calls we make from just about anywhere to the text messages we send to the work that we are able to do from our phones and laptops, technology has been vital to the construction of the modern world. We need technology and with it, we thrive.

But there are dangers to technology too. When people are too free and liberal with the information that they put out onto the internet, the potential for identity theft rises significantly. From identity theft to other such breaches of security, cyber crime has begun to pose a very real threat for everyone not only here in the United States, but the entire world over. From the important corporation to the average everyday person, cyber crime has the power to negatively impact us all.

From remote network access software to the growth of cybersecurity companies in the United States as well as in many other places all throughout the world, the threat of cyber crime is being taken as a very real one. And a very real threat it is. By the time that we reach the year of 2021, now less than three full years away, the damage that has been accrued through cyber crime and without access to such things as remote network access software will reach an astonishing figure of six trillion dollars – not in total, but on an annual basis.

In part, the rise in cyber crime can be directly attributed to the massive growth of information that is now available on various internet platforms, especially if you know how to look for such things. By the time that we reach that same aforementioned year of 2021, there are estimated to be as many as three hundred billion different passwords in use, to name just one example of this wealth of information, as well as two hundred million so called Internet of Things credential. With more than three and half billion internet users at the current date, more people are online and giving away their private information than ever before.

For those who are interested in pursuing cyber crime, the opportunity is there, and they are taking it readily. After all, by the time that we reach the year of 2020, there will be more than twenty billion devices the world over that are connected to the internet in some way, shape or form. And while this means that internet users are more at risk, it also means that cyber crime is easier on behalf of the perpetrators as well. After all, said cyber criminals will have access to such devices as well, and will know what is vulnerable and what is not when it comes to internet security.

In order to combat cyber crime here in the United States, we will need to use a number of tools, from remote network access software to network access protection services. Of course, the use of remote network access software will not be enough on its own – we need trained professionals who will know how to adequately and effectively use remote network access software in an attack against cyber crime, for which remote network access software has been developed to do.

And with as many as two billion records stolen in only the first half of the year of 2017, the need for this remote network access software and the professionals to handle it is only anticipated to rise in the years that are to come. Unfortunately, however, too many cyber security jobs are unfilled – and are expected to remain so. At various cybersecurity companies throughout the country, there are more than two hundred thousand jobs and such cybersecurity positions that are currently available. And by the time that we reach the end of the year of 2019, now just over a year away from our current date here at the tail end of 2018, this number is anticipated to even climb as high as one and a half million such unfilled cybersecurity jobs in the United States.
